Core32 - 10.5 mSec Latency. This is a special version of the Core32 Device Driver that achieves low latency by using smaller sample buffers. Smaller buffers means that the audio application must fill the buffers more frequently and therefore this creates a higher CPU load. We have not yet found consistent enough performance at this setting to sanction it for general release. However, some higher performance systems may yield good results with this device driver. This version of the Core-32 extension is provided for users with fast CPU systems. Currently, this is an unsupported release. If you exhibit performance problems with this extension, please switch back to the 4.10 release extension so that you will be supported by our Customer Sevrice Dept. There is no installer. To use this device driver, follow the directions below: ¥ Remove the previous Core-32 Extension from the Extensions folder ¥ Place Core32 10.5 mSec Latency in the Extensions folder ¥ Shutdown your machine and restart Please do not contact customer support with any Lexicon Studio problems you may have while running this extension.
